Friendly Revenge
Jim wrote his first novel as a student in Reg Grant’s advanced creative writing class at Dallas Seminary. The novel, titled Friendly Revenge is a Young Adult suspense novel 
about Palmer Keene, a disaffected preacher’s kid who becomes involved with a local gang. What Palmer doesn’t know is that the gang holds a grudge against the church his father pastors, and they plan to use Palmer to humiliate the Grant City Community Church. When Palmer finds himself falsely accused of vandalizing the local high school, he must look to his former nemesis, Cassie Hurst for help in clearing his name.
Friendly Revenge was originally published as an e-book in 1999 by Hard Shell Word Factory (www.hardshell.com). Jim plans to re-release it this year as a paperback under his own imprint, Tuppence Publishing.
